Every person deserves the same dignity and respect. We deeply despise all forms of sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia and ableism as well as any other form of discrimination.
It’s 2022 and people who identify as FLINTA* still get cat-called. They still get paid less. They still have to fear if people believe their story. They still have to justify why they rather go to work than stay at home with their kids. They still feel unsafe when walking alone in the dark.

Our BAD BITCH Philosophy
BAD BITCH is a women owned company running a store with fashionable and sustainable bags to raise awareness for the equality of people and intersectional feminism. We offer sustainable bags made of 100% organic cotton. Our planet is our only home and we have to take care of it, making a sustainable lifestyle the only way to stop the climate crisis. The bags are of high quality standards and GOTS and FAIR TRADE certified to make sure all workers manufacturing our bags are paid fair wages and have acceptable working conditions. Exploiting FLINTA* (women, lesbians, inter, non-binary, trans and agender people as well as all others who are oppressed by the patriarchy) in economically poorer countries to uplift them in others is not something we support. A bad bitch is the modern equivalent for a strong, independent woman (more correct: FLINTA*). Calling yourself a bad bitch feels like laughing the patriarchy directly into the face – we turn a word that’s meant to be an insult into a term that makes us feel powerful and limitless. We’re tired of being sexualized, objectified and discriminated. We don’t accept people telling us we’re overreacting when we’re upset about dumb, sexist jokes. We don’t accept not being taken seriously in our jobs. We don’t accept being treated differently based on gender, skin color, disability, sexual orientation or anything else.
THIS is what feminism looks like.

Neben Feminismus und gleichen Rechten für alle ist uns die Umwelt ein Anliegen, das uns sehr am Herzen liegt. Die nachhaltige Stofftaschen bestehen zu 100% aus BIO-Baumwolle und wir möchten mit unseren nachhaltigen Produkten zu einem bewussteren Konsum aufrufen, denn ein nachhaltiger Lebensstil ist in der Klimakrise, in der wir leben, unumgänglich. Durch faire Produktionsbedingungen und dem FAIR TRADE Siegel wird sichergestellt, dass alle Arbeiter:innen eine faire Bezahlung und gute Arbeitsbedingungen erhalten. Zur Erklärung unseres Markennamens: Eine Bad Bitch ist das moderne Äquivalent zu einer starken, unabhängigen Frau (richtiger: FLINTA*, also alle Frauen, Lesben, inter, trans und agender Personen als auch alle anderen, die vom Patriarchat unterdrückt werden). Sich selbst als Bad Bitch zu bezeichnen fühlt sich an, wie wenn wir dem Patriarchat direkt ins Gesicht lachen – wir verwandeln ein Wort, das uns beleidigen soll, in einen Begriff, der uns das Gefühl gibt, powerful und limitless zu sein. Wir haben genug davon, sexualisiert, objektiviert und diskriminiert zu werden. Wir lassen uns nicht einreden, dass wir überreagieren, wenn wir uns über dumme, sexistische Witze aufregen. Wir akzeptieren nicht, dass wir und unsere Entscheidungen in unserem Job nicht ernst genommen werden. Wir akzeptieren nicht, dass Menschen aufgrund ihres Geschlechts, ihrer Hautfarbe, einer Behinderung, ihrer sexuellen Orientierung oder Sonstiges anders behandelt werden.
